Location:

This new comfortable holiday house is situated between the villages Maria Alm and Saalfelden, very sunny and quiet, with a marvellous view to the "Steinernes Meer".

Distances: Ski lift 300m, Lifts in Maria Alm (Aberglifte) reachable with the free ski bus: 3km. Cross-country ski-trail in 500m, shops and inn in 1km. Next larger village is Maria Alm or Saalfelden in 3km. The farm of the chalet's owner is about 50m away.

Facilities:

Ground floor: Cosy snuggery with a dining table, fireplace, couch, cable-TV and full-equipped kitchen with electric oven, stovepipe, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle, microwave and the exit to the balcony. 1 doubleroom, shower, separate WC, an electric ski-shoes dryer.
Ground floor: 1 double room with a balcony, 2 three-bed-room each with 1 double- and 1 single bed and (one is with a balcony) with cable-TV. Bathroom with a bathtub and shower, separate WC. Central heating, hot water boiler 300 liters. Infront of the chalet: a spacious garden with a seating place, barbecue, loungers and a pond.

Additional Costs:

Waste, local tax, bed linen can be rented. Pets: EUR 20,–/stay.
