Location:

This lodge is located in a wonderful very quiet alpine area with a view to the Hochkoenigsmassiv. The chalet is accessible in summer by car using the Fortstraße (street)- snow chains are needed in winter
Distances: Next village Hoegmoos with shops and a bakery: 5km/3 miles or Taxenbach: 10km/6.2 miles, swimming pool: 11km/7 miles; Lake: 15km/9.3 miles, indoor swimming pool, tennis court, golf course and a horse riding alley: all within 12km/7.5 miles. There are also numerous hiking trails start directly in front the lodge.

Facilities:

This cosy lodge was completely renovated in spring 2004. It provides a snuggery with a kitchenette with a wood stove, oven and gas cooker. There is a storage room in the cellar for the storage of foodstuffs. Also available is 2 bedrooms each with double bed. Bed for 3-4 persons (under the same roof). Bath with shower and WC, warm water from the boiler, solar electricity 12 Volt. In front of the chalet: alpine landscape, well, grill, deck chairs.

Additional Costs:

Local tax, wood, garbage, gas. Bed linen can be rented for EUR 7,- per set
