The chalet is 3km away from St. Georgen, close to farmhouse and stable - There's lots of space round the house and a great view.
Distances: The closest village: Bruck on the Glocknerstraße: 7km or Zell am See: 12km. The Zell am See sport region- Kaprun:12km, toboggan run:5km

Facilities:

The house is completely renovated. Ground floor: a big snuggery with suite - furniture and a kitchenette with modern facilities. Small room with sat-TV, radio with a CD player, children high chair adn cot. Bathroom with 2 showers, WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, both with a double- and bunk bed. Central heating (wood). Behind the house: stable with cows. In front of the house: Barbecue facilities, a seating unit, a playgroud for kids and a great view.
On request an apartment with 2 bedrooms for up to 5 persons can be rented in the farmhouse.

Additional Costs:

Electricity, local tax, waste disposal, bed linen can be rented if needed, extra bed EUR 50,–/week, pet EUR 10,–/week. Final cleaning EUR 30,–.
