This alpine hut is through its quiet and idyllic location an ideal holiday home. Enjoy the hot days in the neat garden at the own fishing pond!

Distances:
Next village St. Michael 3,5km, Aineck lifts 2km, Speiereck 3,5km. Cross-country ski-trail, hiking paths, bicycle path richt next to the hut. 27-hole golf course in front of the hut!

Facilities:

Ground floor: cosy snuggery with dining corner and three-piece suite at th fireplace, Sat TV. Perfectly equipped country house kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker. 1 WC. Upper floor: 2 quaint rooms, one of them with double bed, bathroom, WC, the 2nd one with double bed, couch, shower, WC. In front of the house roofed patio with barbecue. Large biotop with carps for fishing! Bed linen, towels, tea towels available. Wood is in the hut. Electric heating (included in the price).

Additional Costs:

Local tax, final cleaning EUR 50,–.

Other:
Free use of the wellness area. For a fee: hikes, children programs, bike tours, half-board in the 4-star hotel of the owner in 3,5km.
