Location:

The chalet is located at the end of a forest road near Donnersbach and it has a beautiful view of the valley and the nearby mountain landscape. The chalet is accessible in winter only with a snow chain.
Distances: Nearest village Donnersbach: 6km, Donnersbach is well know because of the Planneralm winter sport resort ( 2200m above see level and with 5 lifts, 15km piste, 1,5km toboggabning run etc.) Enjoy a beautiful summer amidst impressive scenery and lots of fresh air in the Donnersbacher Tauern, the Donnersbacher couloirs, good hiking trails and the guest houses. The recreational center with a lake, tennis court is in the town

A completely renovated chalet!
Ground floor: kitchen with a cooker (wood), an oven, fridge, dining table etc., living room with a lounge suite and a wood burner, bathroom with a shower and WC.
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms and an extra double-bed in the lounge. Heating (wood), gas -central heating system, electricity (220 volts solar energy), 500 watts. In front of the house: a sun-terrace with a beautiful view, a garden with a grill facility and a well.

Additional Costs:

Local tax, gas, bed linen can be rented.
